The Shift Group brought a rigorous modern sensibility to the architecture, the contractor executed with precision, and a client with a sharp design instinct made decisions without hesitation. TCLee Design stepped into that environment and found exactly the right conditions to do our best work.

The architecture earns its presence before you reach the front door. Cedar siding at the exterior sets a warm, natural tone that carries into the interior through carefully considered paneling detail — a throughline that gives the home coherence without rigidity. A custom-designed corner bookcase, conceived in collaboration with The Shift Group, brings sculptural presence to the living space. Clean lines on the cabinetry throughout maintain the modern discipline without sacrificing warmth. The fireplace surround, designed and implemented by TCLee Design, completes the room quietly.

Tile choices tell the home’s most surprising story. Bold selections in the powder room make an impression the moment you step in. The ensuite shower is the home’s most unexpected moment — large-scale pink floral wall tile, chosen by a client who knew exactly what she wanted. Crisp, timeless marble in the primary bath closes the loop — restrained where the ensuite is expressive, each space entirely itself.
