A referral-based interior design practice built on eighteen years of relationships.

TCLee Design works with a select number of clients each year on custom new construction and comprehensive renovations. We listen carefully enough to understand not just what you like — but why, and what that means for how you want to live.

A Note from Tina:

Good design starts with trust — trust that your designer has heard you, understood you, and has the relationships to execute what you've both agreed on.

Before founding TCLee Design, I spent years at The Steinberg Group and later at a boutique Menlo Park design firm, where I developed a deep understanding of how architecture, construction, and interior design work together from the inside. TCLee Design launched ten years ago and has operated by referral ever since.

My greatest strength — the one clients mention most — is the ability to read people. To sit across from someone and articulate back an aesthetic direction they couldn't quite put into words themselves. That, paired with a design sensibility that favors clean lines, timeless material choices, and spaces that feel cohesive rather than curated, is what we bring to every project.
