We focus on custom residential new construction and comprehensive renovations in the Bay Area — primarily Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Palo Alto, and Menlo Park. We take on a limited number of projects each year by choice, which allows us to give each client our full attention.

As early as possible. Early involvement allows meaningful input on interior layout before permits are finalized. Completing major finish selections before contractor bids also leads to more accurate pricing and fewer changes during the build. We work alongside architects and builders from the start whenever possible.
