We work alongside architects and builders from the earliest stages, ensuring finish selections, cabinetry programs, and material decisions are resolved before trades mobilize. Our CAD drawings and complete PDF specification sets go to contractors and trades — a level of documentation uncommon in residential interior design that makes a meaningful difference in how cleanly a project builds.

An extension of full-service, not a standalone offering.

For clients completing a new build or renovation with TCLee Design, furniture and styling bring the final layer of warmth and cohesion to spaces we've already helped build. We source pieces that feel collected rather than purchased — textiles, artwork, and accessories chosen with the same intentionality as every finish selection that came before.

Full-service design covers everything from concept development through construction coordination — finish selections, cabinetry, lighting, technical drawings, and site visits. Interior styling focuses on the final layer: furniture, textiles, art, and accessories. We offer styling exclusively as an extension of our full-service engagements, not as a standalone service.
As early as possible — ideally before permits are pulled or trades are scheduled. Early involvement means finish selections, cabinetry programs, and material decisions are resolved before they become expensive changes. We work alongside architects and builders from the start whenever possible.
